The Sun Doesn’t shine on everyone

I know…. It has been a couple of days since ive wrote something to you. That’s because I was lazy 😉. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still lazy as a sloth with green algae growing on its ass.  In 2019 we went on a trip to Hyderabad. We were a large herd of omnivorous humans, there were almost 10 families including my own. They were my dad’s friends and their families. We went there by train, got ourselves an old bus whose seats were covered a layer of fine dust particles for sightseeing. I like to think that the bus gave me a bad cold that time and not the ice cream I ate. Anywho we saw a lot of places, shopped a lot, ate a lot, and slept a little. Seeing new places is more fun with friends and this trip was filled with a lot of them. Teasing each other, pulling pranks on each other and jump scaring many made the trip more memorable.    Then one fine night went for a “light show” or more like do-anything-with-lights show. the other guys in the group went for shopping and didn’t c

"Something" at First Sight

When I was in 10th standard my family along with my friend's family visited Varanasi. Well, I'm not sure if I was in 9th or 10th std.Ok that's really not important.

I'm going tell you an incident that happened to me in that journey. We had a blast in that trip. My friend Nayan and my sister didn't care about the historical and religious significance of the places we visited in that trip still we were having a blast.

The incident that I talked in the first para happened on the last day in Varanasi , in Varanasi Railway station to be precise.
You guys know how it is when you are with your friends , right?
We were talking and laughing during the whole trip. The last day wasn't any different, we were in the railway station waiting for the train and I met someone.... *Suspenseful dramatic music...
Like I said we kids were saying random shit and laughing at stupid things. We were saying all this in malayalam. Some time later a family sat in the seat in front of us . The seat was such that they were facing us wheb they were sitting. It was a normal family consisting of a father, mother and their daughter. We didn't stop our goofey things even if there were people sitting in front of us, we continued to laughing and talking.

They say laughter is contagious, our laughter was more contagious than covid-19. I heard the daughter in the family sitting in front of us was giggling to your laughter. She was wearing a Burkha. So we couldn't see her face, the only thing that I could see was her eyes. She looked my age (I would like to think that we were about the same age).

Eventually her eyes met... I felt a jolt of electricity in my body when our eyes met , which transformed into goosebumps followed by a warm pain in my heart ( a pain that I liked a lot). That was the first time I felt like that.

We'll talk about her eyes for moment. I know this is going to sound really cheesy but they were made in heaven for an angel but somehow a mortal like her got it. Sometimes I like to think that she was a angel fallen from heaven. The colour of her eyes was a really light shade of blue with some kind of enchantment. The reason why I say it was enchanted is because I wanted to fall into her eyes and never leave. I wanted to follow those eyes like how Jerry follows a piece of cheese. Her eyes were mesmerising and magical

PS: this is not that girl's eyes

Those eyes were shining and glowing.....and I need to shut up. But they were out of this world.

Sadly we were waiting for the train back to home and I kinda wanted to live that moment for the rest of my life , the moment our eyes met.

For some reason the train arrived on the right time that day(Thank you Indian railway for ruining my "first-love-kinda-thingy"). We boarded the train and sat down. I couldn't stop thinking about her (*still).

Was it love that I felt?
I don't know.I still have no idea. Even it wasn't it was "Something at first sight".....
